How it works
The service provided by Zest Physiotheray for Life is tailored to the unique needs of each individual care home and a programme will be devised with residential or nursing care home managers to suit the needs of current residents.
Care homes will have an allocated physiotherapist on-site for a regular pre-booked session.
The full service includes individual assessments and care planning for all residents, development of an overall falls and fracture management strategy from audit, development of action plans with care home managers, staff training, group and individual physiotherapy treatments.
